Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, with an open-plan dining area and living room. There is a separate sitting room, as well as a first floor snug with a sofa bed. Outside has a sloped lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for 3 cars. Cefn is the ideal for small families looking for a rural retreat to Wales.
